Season 1 stayed close to independent agencies: the placement work, carrier relationships, sales habits, systems, and operating decisions behind eleven very different books of business.

Season 2 moves from the agency desk to the business model beneath insurance technology. Its working thesis is that software remains valuable while standardized access alone becomes less defensible.
